Senior Executive-Talent Acquisition

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in bulk hiring and team handling? We're looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our Talent Acquisition team at Tech Mahindra.

What You'll Handle:
• End-to-end Talent Acquisition & bulk hiring
• Managing recruitment teams & driving targets
• Sourcing through job portals, referrals & walk-ins
• Coordination with Operations for manpower requirements
• Joining, onboarding & batch closures
• Driving recruitment productivity and ensuring hiring targets are met

What We're Looking For:

Immediate Joiners

Only from bpo hiring background
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong experience in bulk hiring
• Experience in team handling & target management
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment
