Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-based positions.
• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, prepare offer proposals, and coordinate offer roll-out.
• Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal departments and new hires.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRMS.
• Generate recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio and Joining Ratio.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external vendors wherever required.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes and documentation standards.
• Perform any other HR or recruitment-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
