Senior Executive Supply Chain Management (SCM)

About the Role

Tofflon India is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Supply Chain Management to support and coordinate supply chain activities for our pharmaceutical and engineering equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities.
• Follow up with suppliers and vendors for material availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate purchase orders, material requirements and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, engineering, sales and service teams.
• Maintain and track purchase and supply chain documentation.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Support vendor coordination and performance monitoring.
• Assist in logistics and material movement activities.
• Identify and escalate supply chain delays and issues.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular supply chain reports.
• Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related functions.
• Experience in the engineering equipment / manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical equipment or pharma manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of procurement, vendor management, inventory and logistics coordination.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work from Pashamylaram, Hyderabad.
