Account Management – Work Dynamics

Key Responsibilities

Service Management

• Oversee and coordinate janitorial services to maintain cleanliness standards across all facility areas
• Manage pest control programs including scheduling, vendor coordination, and compliance monitoring
• Supervise outdoor and indoor landscaping services to ensure aesthetic appeal and plant health
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain comprehensive inspection records
  
  

Operations & Administration

• Person should be willing to work in shifts.
• Manage work order systems including ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and closure
• Coordinate shift schedules for facility staff to ensure 24/7 coverage where required
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all facility activities and services
• Generate regular reports on facility performance metrics and service delivery
  
  

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendor compliance
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when needed
• Serve as primary point of contact between facility users and service providers
  
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all facility operations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols
• Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and facility evacuation plans
  
  

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in facilities management or related operations role
• Prior experience in vendor management and contract administration
• Prior experience in managing large facilities of size minimum 500,000 SFT
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong data management and analytical capabilities
• Experience with facility management software systems (CAFM/CMMS) preferred
• Excellent email and written communication skills
