The Team
The Material Master Management team is responsible for maintaining accurate, consistent, and compliant material master data across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems. The team supports material data creation, maintenance, validation, migration, and governance to ensure smooth business operations and adherence to internal controls.
Your Work Profile
As a Senior Executive Material Master, you will be responsible for managing material master data across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires hands-on experience in material master maintenance, Winshuttle scripts, data validation, and mass data processing, along with a strong understanding of material views, costing, PIR, and BOM.
Work Youll Do as a Senior Executive
- Create, extend, and modify material master records across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Maintain and validate material master views, including Basic Data, Sales, Purchasing, MRP, Accounting, Costing, and Warehouse/Storage.
- Maintain material classification, characteristics, and document links as per business requirements.
- Develop and execute Winshuttle scripts for mass creation, updates, and validation of material master data.
- Support bulk data migration, data cleansing, and validation activities.
- Ensure material master data complies with SOX requirements, audit standards, and internal control guidelines.
- Perform material master-related activities in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Support cost roll-up activities and manage relevant material master data associated with PIR (Purchasing Info Records) and BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Identify data discrepancies, investigate issues, and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and timely completion of deliverables.

- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Material Master Management.
- Practical experience with material master creation, extension, modification, and maintenance.
- Experience working with Winshuttle scripts for mass data creation, updates, and validation.
- Knowledge of material master views, including Basic Data, Sales, Purchasing, MRP, Accounting, Costing, and Warehouse/Storage.
- Experience in cost roll-up activities, PIR, and BOM.
- Understanding of bulk data migration, data cleansing, and data validation processes.
- Awareness of SOX compliance, audit requirements, and internal control procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
