Senior Executive Sales

Job Description: Senior Executive - Sales (Upvc Doors and Window Division)

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to assigned dealers/fabricators to ensure product availability, display, and stock health..
• Support dealers with product knowledge training, POS material placement, and scheme communication.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the region.
• Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and institutional/project buyers to generate business leads.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
• Act as the first point of contact for dealer queries/complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the ASM.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing/production team for order execution and dispatch schedules.
• Handle dealer and customer queries/complaints in coordination with the technical and service teams.
• Support dealer meets, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Provide regular market feedback, sales forecasts, and MIS reports to management.

We're Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred (not mandatory).
• 2-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably from the uPVC/aluminium doors & windows or architectural hardware industry.
• Comfortable with high field mobility and daily on-ground visits..
• Existing network of fabricators, dealers, architects, or builders in the assigned territory is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of dealer/retail sales dynamics; prior dealer-facing experience is a plus.
