Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Specifications

Saint Gobain India Pvt Ltd- Insulation Business (Glasswool & Stonewool)

Location: Hyderabad

Role Purpose

To drivesales and business growth for Saint-Gobain Insulation by engaging key stakeholders such as Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs, and Contractors, and converting project opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets (volume, value, profitability) in industrial and building segments
• Develop strong relationships with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs & OEMs to drive product specifications
• Generate, track, and convert a strong project pipeline/inquiry database
• Influence projects at design stage and ensure conversion of specifications to orders
• Provide techno-commercial solutions including thermal/acoustic calculations and energy-saving proposals
• Prepare and close technical and techno-commercial bids independently
• Collaborate with HVAC, PEB, insulation contractors, drywall and roofing partners for system-based solutions
• Drive product differentiation and convert alternative insulation materials to SG solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and market feedback
  
  

Key Requirements

• BE/B.Tech (First Class, no academic gaps)
• 5+ years in Specification & Project Sales
• Experience in PEB / HVAC / Process Industry preferred
• Strong network with Architectural & Structural consultant community
• Good career stability
