Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing ( Khargar)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies to achieve hospital revenue and patient-acquisition targets.
• Generate new business through doctor referrals, clinic tie-ups, corporate partnerships, insurance/TPA relationships, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, GPs, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive patient leads and improve lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-procedure/surgery conversion.
• Promote key eye-care services such as cataract, LASIK/refractive surgery, retina, glaucoma, cornea, pediatric ophthalmology, and other applicable services.
• Identify new markets, referral opportunities, and potential institutional partnerships.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales/business development team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in an eye hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical-device, optical, or hospital environment.
• Experience in doctor referral marketing and hospital sales will be preferred.
