ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely and accurate sales accounting in SAP.
• Handle end-to-end sales invoicing and billing activities.
• Review customer master creation/modification requests.
• Create, verify and reconcile sales invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
• Monitor overdue receivables and coordinate with Sales for collection follow-up.
• Reconcile the Sales Ledger with the General Ledger on a monthly basis.
• Ensure GST compliance for sales invoices and credit/debit notes.
• Prepare monthly receivable ageing and collection efficiency reports.
• Support statutory and internal audits related to sales transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Commercial teams for smooth revenue operations.
