Role Summary
Responsible for expanding business in the assigned territory through dealer and distributor development, field sales, IHB site visits, and relationship management to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market reach and strengthen the distribution network.
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective dealers to generate sales and drive business growth.
- Visit Individual House Builder (IHB) sites and develop business through contractors, masons, and site supervisors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build strong customer relationships, monitor competitor activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory to support field sales and market development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience & Industry Background
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry preferred.
