Senior Executive - Safety

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Safety/EHS.
• Preferred experience in Chemical Manufacturing Plants.
• Exposure to Greenfield Projects, construction activities, commissioning, and startup phases will be an added advantage.

• Project & Construction Safety
• Safety Management: Safety standards, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Incident Prevention & Investigation.
• Emergency Preparedness.
• Conducting Trainings & Awareness sessions.
• Compliance & Documentation

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of industrial safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Understanding of chemical process hazards and risk management.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, specialty chemical, or process industries.
• Experience in Greenfield projects, construction safety, and commissioning activities.
• Knowledge of HIRA, PTW, JSA, Contractor Safety Management, and Emergency Response Systems.
• Certification in first aid, fire safety, or any additional EHS qualification will be preferred.
