Senior Executive Return & Rework Operations

Location 1: Bhiwandi, Mumbai - Night Shift

Location 2: Nelamangala, Bangalore

Job Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end mattress rework operations, ensuring timely processing, quality compliance, manpower utilization, and inventory control to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily mattress rework activities and ensure target achievement.
• Monitor product quality and ensure rework is completed as per standards.
• Manage manpower allocation and productivity on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and production teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of rework, inventory movements, and reporting.
• Ensure timely closure of pending rework cases and minimize backlog.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and process compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, returns, or rework operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and process control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills.
