Senior Executive Resource Management

Key Deliverables

• Govern talent pool performance against SLAs and utilization targets
• Provide analytics and reporting on supply-demand trends and operational metrics
• Support financial operations with revenue reconciliation and variance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals

Role Responsibilities

• Manage utilization, pool ageing, resource planning, and demand forecasting
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for timely fulfillment of hiring needs
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
• Use MS Excel for data automation and insights; Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus
