Position: Senior Executive Recruitment
Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Gender: Male & Female
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer, negotiation, and joining formalities.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience in handling multiple positions and bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portals.
