QA JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for all handling of Customer / Regulatory audits and its compliance.
2. Responsible to review all Quality related documents
3. Responsible for all preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedure.
4. Ensuring the review of completed Batch Manufacturing record and laboratory control records before Release of the API for distribution.
5. Responsible for review of QMS documents.
6. Preparation and review of protocols and reports w.r.t. process.
7. Responsible for Issuance, review and archival of Quality related documents.
8. Ensuring that Quality related complaints are investigated and resolved
9. Review of Qualification documents.
10. Review of Preventive maintenance and calibration schedules.
11. Responsible for preparation and review of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) & Continues process verification (CPV)
12. Releasing and rejection of all Intermediates and APIs.
13. Handling of Dispatches.
14. Handling of training activites.
15. Review and Approval of documents, Procedure, Protocols, Qualifications in lining with regulatory requirements for all quality related documents.
16. Review of Calibration documents of all critical instruments.
17. Review of BPCR, Packing records & Cleaning formats.
18. To ensure SOPs and formats are followed and implemented effectively at our firm in lining with the guideline recommendations.
19. Responsible for review of IPQA activites
20. Review and approve of Qualifications documents.
21. Responsible for performing internal audit as per schedule.
22. Responsible for performing of Control Sample Management and to maintaining the Temperature and Humidity records.
23. Responsible for Handling of SCM software functional activites.
24. Responsible for Batch release.
25. Responsible for attending any work assigned by HOD.
26. In absence of my presence the next level designee is responsible to handle my job responsibilities.
