Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Purchase Accounting and Accounts Payable activities.

Perform 3-way matching of PO, GRN and supplier invoices.

Verify invoices and ensure correct GST input tax treatment.

Monitor blocked invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare vendor ageing and payment due reports.

Coordinate with Procurement and Stores for invoice discrepancies.

Ensure vendor account reconciliation before payment processing.

Maintain compliance with GST, TDS and TCS requirements.

Support statutory and internal audits related to purchase transactions.

Manage P2P processing, vendor accounts and invoice verification.

Handle GL and Cost Centre Accounting activities.

Qualification

Preferred: CA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com with relevant experience.
