Senior Executive- Production

Role & responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Drive performance across SQDC KPIs and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, downtime, yield, and resource utilization to meet operational targets.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Review and ensure accuracy of production documentation, BMRs, and SAP transactions.
• Identify and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, 5S, Kaizen, productivity, and cost-reduction projects.
• Supervise, coach, and develop operators and technicians to build a high-performance team.
• Conduct daily performance reviews and implement corrective actions to address gaps.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Biomedical, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
• 5-8 years of manufacturing experience, including shop floor supervision and team leadership, preferably Medtech Industry.
