Job description

Process, package and ship orders accurately
Examine in going and outgoing gifting packaging.
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
Preparing and completing gifting orders for delivery

Coordinating with Vendors for follow up for timely dispatch

Required Candidate profile

Proficient in working on Word documents, Excel Spreadsheets, Mail Merge, Google Sheets
Expert at using various MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Basic knowledge of accounting is essential
Coordinating backend office operations
Coordinating dispatch and deliveries
Able to write email and reply
Good communication skills
Ability to think creatively, and independently
Have good interpretation skills, self-motivated and working as per timelines

Work Experience 4-8 years in logistics, preferably in Corporate Gifting
