Senior Executive - Principal Scientist

Core Activities -

• To carry out our FRD and ADL departmental procurement activities through SAP.
• To carry out Departmental Material destruction activity and maintain record for it.
• Budgetary activities: Capex, Opex, Manpower, NPD costing as well as DOER Checking and cost control
• Service entry and submission of bills and installation certificates to Accounts dept. on timely basis
• New material code creation, material code extension & Maintaining source list through SAP
• To prepare FCR for new capex procurement along with justification and quotation.
• Departmental Travel arrangement for Tech transfer activities and official visits as well as training & conferences
• Monitoring and maintaining of stability chamber and data.
• To provide necessary administrative support to new joinee and trainees.
• To carry daily calibration of equipments like balances and other IPQA equipments.

Co-ordination activities -

• Coordinate with Project, Maintenance, Engineers for any m/c repairing and furniture job, carpenter related job etc.
• To coordinate with Purchase department for timely procurement of departmental requisitions and Finance department for FCR, Bill payments, project costing etc.
• To coordinate with stability chamber vendors for repairing and maintenance activities.
