Senior Executive - Outbound Sales

• You will communicate with customers and business partners over the phone and chat, guiding them through product listings, pricing, offers, and checkout on our e-commerce platform.
• You will be the first point of contact to enhance inbound sales for a high-volume online marketplace (Amazon-like website), handling product inquiries, order placement, and payment-related queries.
• You will plan and execute daily and monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and bundling of products.
• You will assist customers with order tracking, returns/exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and delivery-related concerns to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
• You will handle escalations professionally, aiming for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• You will relay customer feedback, competitor pricing insights, and market trends to the organization to improve the overall shopping experience.
• You will collaborate with logistics, catalog, and payments teams to resolve customer issues quickly.

• 12 years of Tele-Sales / Inbound Sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or online retail (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar background preferred).
• You love speaking with new people over the phone and enjoy solving customer problems.
• You have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• You are a start-up enthusiast and understand what it takes to be part of a young, fast-growing team.
• You are tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM tools, order management systems (OMS), and Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and logistics/shipping workflows is a strong plus.
• You can multitask efficiently across calls, chats, and backend order systems while maintaining accuracy.
• You are comfortable working in a rotational shift-based environment with a 6-day work week (including weekends, as is typical in e-commerce).
