• Manage day-to-day put-away operations and ensure timely stock movement to designated locations.
• Drive put-away productivity and TAT as per defined operational targets.
• Ensure high inventory and bin accuracy through regular checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Monitor warehouse processes and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, safety, and compliance standards .
• Conduct regular process audits and identify gaps, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Manage and allocate manpower to achieve daily productivity and operational targets.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Train, coach, and guide team members to improve operational performance.
• Coordinate with inbound, inventory, and other warehouse teams to resolve process issues.
• Prepare daily MIS and track key operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and process efficiency
