• Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels across grocery categories to ensure high stock availability while minimizing overstock and expiry.
• Monitor key inventory metrics including Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR), Fill Rate, Stock Cover, Ageing, and Non-Moving Inventory .
• Drive FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize expiry, damage, and inventory write-offs.
• Manage replenishment cycles in coordination with Demand Planning and Category teams .
• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation to maintain high stock accuracy.
• Identify and drive reduction of non-moving, slow-moving, excess, expiry, and damaged inventory .
• Monitor inventory health and proactively address stock availability and replenishment gaps.
• Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs and operational processes.
• Analyze inventory trends and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, category, and operations teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Drive process improvements to improve inventory accuracy, availability, and operational efficiency .
