• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, timely execution.
• Oversee Inbound (IB), Putaway, Picking, Packing, Dispatch, and Returns processes.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, quality, and safety standards .
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on daily volumes and workload.
• Monitor productivity, operational KPIs, and process compliance.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with transport, customer service, and support teams for seamless operations.
• Handle day-to-day operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular floor checks and ensure inventory and process accuracy.
• Prepare daily MIS and operational performance reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Train and guide team members on processes and SOP adherence.
