Role Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Own shift operations and drive productivity, SLA CPT performance .
• Monitor CX CPT, Dock CPT, 3P CPT, TX CPT NTBDR and take corrective actions.
• Ensure process adherence, SOP, Quality, UPP, Space Design Audit compliance.
• Conduct RCA CAPA for operational misses and ensure timely closure.
• Plan manpower and floor requirements based on CAP/volume fluctuations; monitor absenteeism attrition.
• Ensure vehicle placement and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Drive floor training, 555 Audits, safety and healthy workplace practices .
• Motivate teams and build a culture of ownership, accountability and performance .
• Manage Operations, Customer, 3P Vehicle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth and efficient site operations.
