Key Responsibilities

• Own shift planning and execution to meet daily operational targets.
• Track shift productivity, SLA and CPT performance and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to process, quality, SOP, UPP and audit standards .
• Monitor CX CPT, Dock CPT, 3P CPT, TX CPT and NTBDR .
• Conduct RCA for misses, deviations and operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage vehicle placement and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled within timelines.
• Track manpower availability, absenteeism and attrition ; ensure floor requirements are met as per CAP fluctuations.
• Conduct manpower training and 555 audits to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure effective floor space utilization and space design as per operational requirements.
• Maintain a healthy, safe and positive workplace environment while motivating the team.
• Handle and resolve operations, customer, 3P and vehicle-related escalations .
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth shift operations and timely issue resolution.
