Senior Executive ? Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end FC and LM operations to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse functioning.

• Handle people management, manpower deployment and day-to-day workforce activities.

• Monitor warehouse productivity, operational performance and process adherence.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and safety guidelines .

• Drive training and development initiatives to improve employee capability and operational efficiency.

• Monitor operational KPIs, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of business requirements.

• Handle operational issues and escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and customer experience.
