Senior Executive / Officer - Advertisement Department

• We are seeking sales driven professionals to accelerate advertisement revenue for Amrit Vichar.
• The role involves client acquisition, campaign sales execution, revenue accountability, liquidation of outstanding dues, and mobility across assigned territories.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver results under deadlines. Ownership of a self driven two wheeler is mandatory for field operations and client visits.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive advertisement sales revenue through cold calls, direct client engagement and market expansion.
• Acquire new clients and retain existing accounts with consistent follow ups.
• Execute campaigns on time.
• Ensure timely liquidation of client outstanding dues to maintain cash flow.
• Track competitor activities and identify actionable market opportunities.
• File daily call reports and submit to Head of Department.
• Generate new leads and prospects to expand the client base.
• cross sell advertisement packages to maximize revenue per client.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Negotiate and close deals profitably with value based selling.
• Ensure billing accuracy and proactive collections for timely revenue realization.
