About this role
RESPONSIBILITIES
To deliver the “Sell IN” targets in EBO, MT, and MBO through a well-trained team of outsourced ‘Store Sales Representatives as per targets.
Facilitate SSR recruitment, onboarding, training, monitoring, and productivity as per targets.
Effective ‘Space on Hire and ‘Visual Merchandising in Modern Trade.
Responsible for understanding market trends, competitor trends, and partner requirements and designing schemes and consumer offers accordingly.
Achieving Category-wise / Quarter-wise ABP targets
Sales planning and budgeting for Schemes and offers to drive sale.
Inventory management and ensure effective management of aging and slow-moving stock.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Channel Management
Marketing activities
Merchandising concepts
Standardising & Visual Merchandising
Knowledge of Cooling & purification products (RAC, Air Purifier, Air Cooler & Water Purifier)
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
