Job Summary

The Senior MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data to drive insights and support decision-making across departments. The role also focuses on data accuracy, reporting efficiency, automation, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for performance monitoring.
• Maintain high data integrity through cleansing, validation, and regular audits.
• Create customized reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to highlight inefficiencies and suggest data-drive improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities in data management and reporting processes.
• Stay up-to-date with new MIS tools and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and maintain secure access to sensitive information.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or operations reporting.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in handling operational data and performance metrics.
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Google Sheets.
• Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
• SQL or basic database knowledge.
• Report Generation & Dashboarding.
• Automation Tools (e.g., macros, scripts, Zapier).
• Data Security and Compliance Awareness.
