Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate MES implementation, rollout, enhancement and stabilization across manufacturing plants.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams, internal departments and external MES vendors.
• Prepare and maintain process flow diagrams (PFDs) and requirement documents.
• Coordinate UAT, test scenarios, execution and business validation.
• Track and close system defects and implementation issues.
• Support manufacturing data structuring, master data requirements, dashboards and KPI reports.
• Assist with end-user training, documentation and change management.
• Support deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify shop-floor process improvement opportunities through better MES utilization and data visibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of MES and manufacturing/shop-floor processes.
• Knowledge of production workflows, WIP traceability and process mapping.
• Experience in requirements documentation, UAT/test scenarios and issue management.
• Ability to coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Screening priority: Candidates with hands-on MES implementation/support experience in a manufacturing environment, especially those familiar with shop-floor workflows, UAT, process mapping and post-go-live support.
