NABH
- Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation Audits & QI projects
- Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.
- Provide feedback to departments.
- Support and implement QI projects.
- Closure of Non conformities. Quality Assurance
- Management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.
- RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action. Medical Policies and Standards

- To support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators.
