About the Role
We are looking for a Planning Executive – Offline Media to join our dynamic Media Planning team.
The role will involve supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of traditional media campaigns across TV, Print, and Radio, while working closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in offline media planning and execution, a strong understanding of media planning processes, and good analytical and coordination skills. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns, working with media partners, and supporting the team in delivering effective media solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of offline media campaigns across TV, Print and Radio.
• Assist in developing media plans based on campaign objectives, target audience, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with media vendors and publishers for campaign execution and placements.
• Handle campaign bookings, releases, material coordination and execution follow-ups.
• Monitor campaign delivery and ensure media schedules are executed as planned.
• Coordinate with internal teams for media briefs, approvals, artwork/materials and campaign requirements.
• Track campaign performance, spends and delivery against the approved media plan.
• Prepare and maintain media plans, campaign trackers, reports and post-campaign documentation.
• Support the team in evaluating media opportunities and identifying relevant inventory across traditional media.
• Ensure timely closure of campaign-related activities and resolve execution-related issues with relevant stakeholders.

• Required Skills & Experience
  
• 2–3 years of experience in Offline Media Planning / Buying / Execution.
• Hands-on exposure to TV, Print and/or Radio media.
• Good understanding of the offline media planning and execution process.
• Experience coordinating with media vendors, publishers and internal stakeholders.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Proficiency in YUMI, TAM, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced media agency environment.
• Preferred Background
  Candidates from media agencies, advertising agencies or media planning/buying organizations with relevant offline media experience would be preferred.
