Particular Details Role Name Senior Executive Mechanical Department / Function Research & Development Sub-Function Mechanical Location Bawal Experience Range 3 6 years Desired Qualification B.E./B.Tech./PG in Mechanical Engineering with more than 70% marks in 10th, 12th and Engineering Desired Industry / Functional Exposure Machine Design, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Fabrication, Glass Processing, Automation & Robotics, GD&T, 3D CAD, SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Inventor, Manufacturing Processes, FMEA, Cp/Cpk

Job Purpose: Contributes to design & development of Glass processing SPMs, trouble shooting for Auto & Arch glass machinery, process upgradation and optimization of available resources under guidance of Section Head. • Machine / Process Development
• Explore machine feasibility against required specification with Design calculation, process standards and Prepare assembly and part design / drawing.
• Ensure product design / drawings are released in conformity with technical specification and design standards.
• Generate BOM, Drawing, Schedules of the Machine to Optimise of Finance, Manpower and Store Resources.
• Opmize the designs, manufacturing process / impart value addi on by lean manufacturing techniques
• Optimize & regulate the old stocks / high value inventories & utilize it in some dedicated automated solutions
• Design & prepare plant/equipment layouts within budgeted timeline and cost parameters
• Implement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in new design Implement design & drawing standards (JIS/BS/ISO) for seamless manufacturing and assembly of machine
• Coordinate with the customers and identify / prepare process/equipment gaps & implement solutions
