Job Summary
Senior Executive Marketing/Sales - Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, India
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-up.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and sales performance reports.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support management in expanding the company's market presence.
Requirements
- Experience: 8-12 Years
- Industry Preference: Candidates from Tractor, Agricultural Equipment, Automotive, or Wheel Manufacturing companies will be preferred, particularly candidates with experience in wheel sales, OEM sales, and B2B business development.
