Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Executive – Marketing & Growth to support and execute marketing initiatives across content, SEO, digital marketing, lead generation, market research, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly and campaign-level marketing activities.

• Create and manage blogs, articles, social media content, case studies, and marketing collaterals.

• Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, competitor analysis, and website content improvements.

• Support Google Ads, LinkedIn/Meta campaigns, lead generation, and campaign performance tracking.

• Track and analyses leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead progression.

• Conduct market, competitor, industry, and target-account research.

• Support website updates, landing pages, events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

• Support leadership branding and professional communication on LinkedIn.

• Coordinate customer testimonials, reviews, case studies, and referral initiatives.

• Maintain marketing trackers, reports, calendars, and documentation. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, Technology, HR, Leadership, and other teams to ensure smooth execution. Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.

• Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good research, analytical, coordination, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple activities and work with different stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools will be an advantage.
