Senior Executive-Legal

Role & responsibilities

Litigation Management:

• Handle civil, criminal, arbitration, and recovery matters before Courts/Tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, replies, applications, appeals, and legal notices.
• Monitor litigation timelines and coordinate with empanelled advocates.
• Manage execution/recovery proceedings and represent the Company before authorities.

Police & Investigation Matters:

• Respond to notices/summons from Police, EOW, ED, and other agencies.
• File and pursue police complaints/FIRs and related applications.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and Vigilance Team.

Labour & Employment Law:

• Handle labour disputes, notices, disciplinary actions, and employment-related matters.

Documentation & Coordination:

• Maintain legal records, case trackers, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsels, and authorities.
