We're Hiring! - Senior Executive (IT) Distributor Management System (DMS) & Sales Force Application

We're looking for a technology-driven professional to support our DMS and SFA platforms, ensuring efficient sales operations and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day DMS operations.
• Onboard distributors and ensure seamless transaction processing.
• Monitor SFA (Bizom) and Tally ERP/TallyPrime integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve distributor queries.
• Validate sales, inventory, returns, and master data.
• Generate MIS reports and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, ERP Support, or DMS/SFA Administration.
• Hands-on experience with any Sales Force Automation (SFA) application.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/ TallyPrime, Tally integrations, and TDL.
• Understanding of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and FMCG sales processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or MCA.
• ERP or Computer Application certifications will be an added advantage.
