Senior Executive - International Air ticketing

• Handle B2C enquiries for international air tickets through calls, emails, and online channels.
• Prepare competitive airfares and itineraries based on customer requirements.
• Make reservations, issue, reissue, and cancel international air tickets using GDS/airline portals.
• Advise customers on fare rules, baggage, visa/transit requirements, cancellation and amendment policies.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams for ticketing and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt support before and after ticket issuance

Preferred candidate profile

• 34 years of experience in international air ticketing, preferably in a travel company.
• Good knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Strong knowledge of international fare rules and ticketing procedures.
• Good communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to convert B2C enquiries into bookings.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales/conversion targets.
