Senior Executive - Instrumentation

Job Description

To take care of Plant maintenance activities including instruments failures, replacement, maintenance of PLC / HMI / SCADA and documentation

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• To take care of Plant maintenance activities including instruments failures, replacement, maintenance of PLC / HMI / SCADA and documentation in Unit 1 & 2.
• To ensure maintenance, calibration schedules & related activities in the assigned blocks.
• Support for the external agencies, related to the calibration agencies.
• Support for metrological related activities of stamping.
• Ensuring closure of CCF s & CAPA.
• Preparation of the calibration schedules.
• Take care of deviations, investigations & closures as per time lines.
• Follow up with vendors for material and services as per job requirement.
• Timely closure of all activities.
• Ensure timely purchase requisitions as per supply and service requirements.
• Ensure that all Calibration activities are completed within the scheduled time lines and adherent to calibration policy.
• Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
• Ensure Critical Spares for breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure the Instrumentation systems to meet all online GMP documentation, QMS, EHS, OHC and regulatory requirements.
• Support the peers for activities as and when required within the plant.
• Ensure engineering documents (Electrical drawings and manuals) availability to support breakdown activities in shift.
