About this role
Key Skills
- Hands-on HVAC execution experience in commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs and VRF/VRV systems
- Knowledge of ducting, piping, insulation and ventilation systems
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and schematics
- Testing, commissioning and TAB
- Understanding of smoke management and staircase pressurisation requirements
- Familiarity with relevant standards, such as the National Building Code of India 2016 and ASHRAE guidelines
- Quantity estimation and contractor billing
- Software: AutoCAD, MS Excel; MS Project is an advantage
- Good coordination and communication skills
