Senior Executive Human Resources

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr HR Operations Executive to lead end-to-end HR operations and

statutory compliance for the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in payroll processes, labour law

compliance, HRMS administration, employee lifecycle management, and employee relations, along with excellent

coordination skills across internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

● Manage day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.

● Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

● Administer attendance, leave management, and employee data through the HRMS.

● Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

● Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and validate attendance, leave, and salary components.

● Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of payroll.

● Manage statutory compliances including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), National Pension

System (NPS), and Labour Welfare Fund (where applicable).

● Prepare and file statutory challans and ensure timely deposits.

● Liaise with statutory consultants and government authorities as required.

● Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.

Insurance & Vendor Coordination

● Coordinate with insurance providers on Group Health Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, and related

employee benefits.

● Manage employee enrolment, additions, deletions, claims support, and policy renewals.

● Liaise with payroll, HRMS, and compliance vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.

● Track vendor deliverables and resolve operational issues.

HRMS Administration

● Manage HRMS modules covering the employee database, attendance, leave, and payroll.

● Ensure data accuracy and generate MIS reports as required.

● Support HRMS implementation, enhancements, and user queries.

Employee Relations

● Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, insurance, and HR policies.

● Handle employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

● Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

Reporting & Documentation

● Prepare HR operational reports and compliance dashboards.

● Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.

● Support internal and external audits by providing required HR records and compliance documents.

Required Skills Qualifications

● Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 4–5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.

● Strong working knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESI, and NPS compliances.

● Sound understanding of statutory challans and labour law requirements.

● Hands-on experience with HRMS administration, attendance, and leave management.

● Proven experience coordinating Group Health Insurance and employee benefit programs.

● Strong grasp of labour laws and HR best practices.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS platforms.

● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with a high degree of accuracy.

Preferred Skills

● Experience with HRMS platforms such as Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, or similar.

● Exposure to payroll audits and statutory inspections.

● Knowledge of employee benefits administration and vendor management.

● Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
