Job Description :

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and managing offer rollouts.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Process monthly payroll by coordinating attendance, leave records, overtime, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
• Manage attendance, leave management, and HRMS records to ensure accurate employee data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
• Prepare HR letters and documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
• Support performance management activities, including probation reviews, appraisals, and employee feedback processes.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
• Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records.
• Generate HR reports and MIS related to headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment, and payroll.
• Assist in HR operations, policy implementation, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure accurate HR documentation.
