About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven Senior Executive Human Resources to join our HR team. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment across Media, Creative, Technology, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Hire for roles across Media Buying, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Design, Technology, Product, Data, and other digital business functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, social media, and networking channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter screening interviews and coordinate technical and business interview processes.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports on the ATS (Zoho Recruit).
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
• Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a digital agency, advertising agency, technology company, or startup.
• Proven experience hiring across Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Technology, Product, or Digital Marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate mapping.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Zoho Recruit).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and hiring performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hiring experience within advertising agencies or digital-first organizations.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and ATS workflows.
• Experience in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a strong ownership mindset.
