Role & responsibilities

• Managing end to end recruitment process
• Facilitating performance management systems
• Identifying training needs, develop learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Human Resource with at least 5 years experience in HR Domain
• Proficiency in HRMS and other relevant applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
