• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage HR administration and statutory compliance.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports.
• Implement company HR policies and procedures.
