Senior Executive - HR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and improve processes.
  
• Handle grievances, perform appraisals, and coordinate joining formalities for new joiners.
  
• Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  
• Generate offers for potential candidates through effective communication with stakeholders.

Candidates from high-fashion export houses or textile industries will be preferred.
