Senior Executive - HR

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment through Naukri.com, Linkedln, and other sourcing channels, including screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.

• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, maintain training records, and evaluate training effectiveness.

• Performance Management System (PMS): Coordinate the PMS cycle, including KRA/KPI documentation, performance reviews, and timely completion of appraisal activities.

• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, HR activities, and employee connect programs.

• Induction & Onboarding: Conduct effective induction and orientation programs for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding.

• HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, and other HR processes .

• HR Generalist Activities: Support HR policies, employee relations, HR MIS, grievance handling, compliance-related coordination, and other generalist HR functions.

• Coordinate with department HODs for manpower requirements, employee issues, performance, training, and other HR-related matters.
