Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive Recruitment to independently manage end-to-end recruitment and drive timely closure of hiring requirements. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and ensuring successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with Hiring Managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media,and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews based on role requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, counter-offers, and offer closures.
• Drive pre-joining engagement and improve the offer-to-joining ratio.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Manage multiple positions and priorities while ensuring timely closures.
• Identify new sourcing strategies and stay updated on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and candidate closure skills.
