Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support:
• Assist with the preparation and processing of HR documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and other related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records, both physical and electronic.
• Handle incoming HR inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Manage and order office supplies for the HR department.
• Assist in travel arrangements for HR related travel.
• Data Management:
• Input and update employee data in the HR information system (HRIS).
• Generate reports and analyze HR data as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee information.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of HR-related reports.
• Recruitment Support:
• Assist with the posting of job openings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Employee Relations Support:
• Assist with the distribution of employee communications.
• Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Compliance:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Maintain awareness of changes in HR policies and procedures.
• Learning and Development:
• Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
• Seek feedback and guidance from supervisors and colleagues.
• Complete any assigned coursework or projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in any BA is a plus).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive2 information.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
