Senior Executive HR(Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of HR processes.
• Addressing employee concerns and grievances
• Manage and coordinate employee transfers and movement-related processes.
• Manage employee loans and salary advances in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue Transfer, Advisory, Warning, and other employee-related letters, ensuring proper documentation and record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports and MIS covering key personnel data such as hiring, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation in HRIS and personnel files, including timely filing and data updates.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, trackers, dashboards, and periodic reports related to employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes.
• Undertake any other HR operations-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
• Manage HR letter preparation and documentation as required.
• Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including development and monitoring of KRAs, annual appraisal guidelines, bell curve implementation, promotion guidelines, and annual increment recommendations.
• Ensure effective implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, and guidelines across the organisation.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
